About The Position
GDIT is seeking a TDL Estimation Lead to support a United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) program and USSOCOM’s subordinate commands, such as the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Special Operations projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts / Science
- Five (5) + Years of relevant experience
- Secret Clearance required to start

Responsibilities
- Analyzes technical requirements to determine the scope, schedule, and cost for TDLs.
- Leads the development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) for new tasks introduced via TDL to ensure they are realistic and stay within the overall contract's price ceilings.
- Utilizes proficiency in software cost estimating tools.
- Process Improvement; implementing best practices and process improvements to enhance program / project delivery.
