The Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP) Coordinator, based in COFFEE County, TN, is responsible for building a strong evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice to assist, support, and advocate for non-custodial parents involved with the child support system. The Coordinator helps non-custodial parents overcome employment barriers to achieve stability, employment, child support payments, self-sufficiency, and active parenting. This role involves promoting trust and communication between non-custodial parents and the systems they interact with, as well as with children and custodial parents when appropriate. The Coordinator also connects non-custodial parents with formal and informal community-based resources and provides outreach and education to them and the wider community. This is a grant-funded position contingent upon continued grant funding.
