About The Position
The Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP) Coordinator, based in Loudon, Meigs, Morgan, and Roane Counties, TN, is responsible for building a strong evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice. This role assists, supports, and advocates for non-custodial parents involved with the child support system. The Coordinator helps non-custodial parents overcome barriers to employment to achieve stability, obtain employment, pay child support, become self-sufficient, and actively participate in their children's lives. The position also focuses on promoting trust and communication between non-custodial parents and the systems they interact with, as well as with children and custodial parents when appropriate. Additionally, the Coordinator will develop a supportive network of community-based resources and provide outreach and education to non-custodial parents and the wider community. This is a grant-funded position contingent upon continued grant funding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience in case management or social work.
- Knowledge of evidence-informed and trauma-informed practices.
- Ability to work with non-custodial parents and assist them with employment barriers.
- Skills in building trust and communication.
- Experience in developing community resource networks.
- Strong outreach and education skills.
Nice To Haves

- Familiarity with the specific counties of Loudon, Meigs, Morgan, and Roane.
Responsibilities
