About The Position
The Twin Creeks Specialty Host will be responsible for assessing the dining room for table availability and maintaining overall table assignments, rotations, and guest flow in the dining room. Will work to coordinate flow of traffic and maintain wait times. Also responsible for assisting to prepare daily floor plan prior to opening, check condition of menus, maintain cleanliness, organize host podium, promote specials and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
- Employees must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
- Southern Nevada Health District Health card
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 6 months’ previous experience is preferred in a fine dining establishment
Responsibilities
- Assessing the dining room for table availability
- Maintaining overall table assignments, rotations, and guest flow in the dining room

- Checking for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old
- Adhering to all appearance and uniform standards
- Maintaining an open line of communication with Managers
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors
- Accepting performance feedback in a professional manner
- Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts
- Other duties as assigned
