About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) with expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury to perform evaluation-based exams for disability cases. This role involves no treatment, no prescribing, and no ongoing patient care. The position offers a flexible schedule, working only 2-3 days per month. It is ideal for physicians looking to apply their clinical expertise in a low-stress, evaluation-only setting without the need for an ongoing caseload. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted MD or DO license
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Demonstrated experience evaluating patients with TBI
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive TBI evaluations for individuals applying for disability benefits
- Review medical records and interpret diagnostic findings
- Complete detailed, objective reports using our proprietary reporting system
