About The Position
As a Taylor Direct Care Worker, you’re the steady, high-energy support adults rely on—helping them stay safe, respected, and independent. This role exists to deliver hands-on assistance while protecting comfort and dignity. Key responsibilities include support with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep), warm companionship, assistance for adults with special mental health needs, community outings and transportation, and timely documentation using smartphone/mobile apps.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using smartphone/mobile apps for notes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate record-keeping
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB test
