Requirements
- Previous experience in care giving or direct care work preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and support clients in following prescribed healthcare plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the client’s home.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document care provided and adhere to confidentiality policies.
