About The Position
As a Taylor Direct Care Worker, you’re the steady, high-energy support adults rely on—helping them stay safe, respected, and independent. This role exists to deliver hands-on assistance while protecting comfort and dignity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using smartphone/mobile apps for notes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate record-keeping
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB test
Responsibilities
- Support with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep)
- Warm companionship
- Assistance for adults with special mental health needs
- Community outings and transportation
- Timely documentation using smartphone/mobile apps
