This is a great growth opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with knowledge of cost estimation, construction management, or tangible property services. You will work closely with a dedicated team of engineers and tax experts to help our clients identify advantageous classification of assets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other relevant fields
- Ability to understand and analyze construction blueprints
- This position requires some local and national travel

- Ability to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities
- Assist with performing cost segregation and fixed asset studies from start to finish
- Coordinate and collect information from building owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits to collect information
- Assist with providing detailed cost analysis of commercial/industrial building projects
- Perform quantity surveys from construction documents and physical site inspections
- Analyze construction cost data and design drawings
- Estimate construction costs using nationally recognized costing sources
- Actively contribute to the development of the cost segregation practice
