Requirements

5+ years of domestic tax experience or equivalent education.
Strong knowledge of federal tax law, accounting principles, and tax practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using technology and collaborating with remote teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor by answering tax and accounting questions for clients and internal teams.
Review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documentation to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
Research, document, and resolve federal and state tax issues.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
Provide exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships.
Support small business owners with tax planning strategies and compliance guidance.
Coordinate effectively with remote team members in a collaborative environment.
