As a Senior Associate, Tax, you will review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities. You will also conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements, support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers, and communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service. Additionally, you will train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development and collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus
