Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and regulations.
• Experience with tax software such as CCH, ProSystem, or UltraTax.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or EA designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Assist in providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients.
• Perform tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax issues.
• Manage multiple tax engagements, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered with high accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality service.
• Support Tax Managers and Partners with the development and implementation of tax strategies.
• Mentor and review work of junior staff, offering guidance and training as needed.
