About The Position

RSM is hiring an experienced professional for its rapidly growing Family Office Enterprise team. The team serves single, multi, and virtual family offices, as well as families approaching a liquidity event who may benefit from family office structuring. It collaborates across service lines to support clients throughout the family office life cycle, including creation, sustainability, and restructuring, using a holistic approach that may include governance, family education and communication, philanthropy, risk management, privacy and data security, and technology outsourcing. The Tax Senior Manager advises family offices and multigenerational families on tax planning and compliance, leads client engagements, develops client relationships, and contributes to business growth and the development of collaborative teams. RSM describes a supportive professional environment with exposure to strategic tax planning, business advisory, and compliance work; a customized career path; specialized training and programs; technology; goal setting; career advisors and coaches; and real-time developmental feedback. The role generally follows RSM’s hybrid workstyle: team members are aligned to an RSM office and meet in person when it best supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site depending on role requirements and business needs.
