Requirements

6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
CPA license required
Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns
Outstanding client service and communication skills
Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Unwavering integrity in all situations

Responsibilities

Managing and reviewing tax returns for corporate, partnerships, s corporations and individuals
Providing proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships though year-round advisory support
Researching complex tax issues and communicating practical solutions
Identifying opportunities to improve client tax positions and enhance firm services
Leading and mentoring associates, helping them grow professionally
Collaborating with leaders on practice development and client growth initiatives
