About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Tax Senior Accountant (Consultant) to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, managing client engagements, and identifying tax planning opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3–5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax
• Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• CPA license or progress toward certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other business tax returns
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines effectively
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and providing guidance
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support strategic recommendations
• Research complex tax issues and stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations
• Mentor and support junior staff through training and review of work
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely, high-quality service
