Kaufman Rossin is seeking a confident, highly organized Tax Scheduling Coordinator to own and drive the scheduling function for the Tax department. This is not a purely administrative role — it is a coordination and accountability function that sits at the center of how the department manages its people, workload, and utilization. The right candidate will monitor capacity daily, facilitate cross-group work assignment, hold managers to staffing commitments, and serve as a neutral and trusted resource for Partners, Managers, and staff alike. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, relationship-savvy, and comfortable engaging in direct conversations with senior stakeholders when scheduling decisions need to be upheld.
