About The Position
Southwest Accounting Resources, Inc is recruiting Tax professionals at all levels (Staff up to Senior Manager) for immediate full-time opportunities with several growing CPA firms in the Durango, CO. Requirements
- Must have experience in tax compliance, planning, and preparation
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Masters in Taxation (Masters in Accounting or MBA also considered)
Nice To Haves
- Big 4 or large national/regional tax experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform complex tax preparation, tax research, and tax planning
- Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies
- Direct/assist in compliance aspects of US tax for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S-corps, and individuals
- Review tax estimates and projections
- Keep current on and possess sound knowledge of Taxation Codes and Regulations
