About The Position

LMW Financial is seeking a high-energy, positive problem solver to prepare complex business and personal tax returns. The role includes preparing individual, LLC, corporate, and trust tax returns, along with occasional bookkeeping and cleanup of client books in support of tax filings. Candidates should have a solid understanding of accounting concepts and be comfortable working with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. The position calls for accuracy, independence, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. Requirements

Three to five years of tax return preparation experience with the described return types.
QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online skills.
Solid understanding of accounting concepts.
Positive attitude and willingness to work independently and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

An Enrolled Agent (EA) credential or progress toward a CPA.
