About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is hiring experienced seasonal Tax Preparers with at least three tax seasons of hands-on experience in a professional tax office. The role offers hourly pay, performance-based earning opportunities, flexible scheduling, and the possibility of developing a client base or pursuing leadership opportunities. Paid training and free continuing tax education are provided. Candidates must pass a tax knowledge assessment to qualify for the Experienced Tax Pro role.

Requirements

At least three tax seasons of hands-on experience working in a professional tax office.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confidence working directly with clients.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to continue learning.
Successfully pass a tax knowledge assessment for the Experienced Tax Pro role.
PTIN certification is required.

Responsibilities
