The Tax and Revenue Administration Division/Revenue Operations Branch is looking for a two permanent and one temporary full-time Tax Officers to join their team! Reporting to the Senior Manager Corporate Income Tax, the Tax Officer performs tax administration processes for the Corporate Income Tax program in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures resulting in fair and equitable treatment. As a Tax Officer, you will evaluate information, interpret legislation, investigate problems and resolve issues as part of processing tax returns. Some cases can be complex and will require strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. You will be a member of a processing group and expected to participate actively in fostering the team culture along with meeting the team production goals. We welcome individuals who are client focused, adept in interpreting legislation, keen in applying their accounting skills and have a positive attitude along with good teamwork skills.
