Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
7+ years of progressive tax experience, including recent public accounting experience
Active CPA license required
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning
Experience reviewing complex individual and business tax returns
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and client relationships
Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and tax preparation software
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

master’s degree in Taxation or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

Ownership of individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and other business tax engagements
Direct responsibility for managing client relationships and providing proactive tax guidance
Exposure to multi-state and international tax matters
