About The Position

A respected and growing Fresno CPA firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its team. This is a key role for a tax professional who enjoys managing client relationships, developing staff, solving complex tax issues, and working directly with firm leadership. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact without getting lost inside a large-firm structure—and build a long-term career without sacrificing your personal life to do it. The firm believes great client service shouldn't require making public accounting your entire life. This isn't a position where every decision has to travel through layers of management. You'll have the opportunity to manage relationships, solve problems, improve processes, and have a voice in how the firm operates. Interested in Senior Manager or Partner? There's a path forward. Prefer being a highly valued Tax Manager without chasing the next title? That's a respected career here as well. You'll have access to approachable partners and leadership who value experienced professionals and recognize their contributions. Advise privately held businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals across agriculture, construction, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, and other industries.
