About The Position

As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, advising businesses and individuals, and supporting the continued growth of our tax practice. In this role, you will build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful guidance, and a strong understanding of each client’s goals and business needs. You will prepare and review complex individual and entity tax returns while delivering strategic tax planning and compliance services. You will manage client portfolios, tax projections, notices, research, and special projects with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality. You will lead, mentor, and support junior team members by reviewing technical work, sharing knowledge, and encouraging professional development. You will identify opportunities to expand services, deepen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm. You will stay current on tax law changes, conduct technical research, and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
  • 7+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.
  • Licensed CPA.
  • Strong technical tax knowledge.
  • Leadership skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple client engagements and priorities.
