As a Tax Manager at CSH, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead complex engagements, mentor developing professionals, and play an important role in the continued growth of one of the nation's most respected CPA and advisory firms.
Requirements
- CPA, EA, CA, or similar professional designation
- Public accounting tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong technical tax, research, and planning expertise
- Experience managing client relationships and complex engagements
- A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery
- Review tax returns, tax research, and consulting projects
- Help clients develop proactive tax strategies and minimize tax exposure
- Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients
- Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals
- Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines
- Identify opportunities to bring additional value to clients and strengthen relationships
