Requirements

4–6 years of progressive public accounting experience with a strong taxation focus, including return review and staff supervision.
Deep knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and proficiency with industry-standard accounting software.
Strong communication, project management, organization, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent status preferred (or actively pursuing licensure).

Responsibilities

Oversee and review tax returns, projections, and workpapers for businesses, partnerships, corporations, and individuals to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services for closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients.
Supervise, train, and develop senior and staff accountants while managing project workflows, budgets, and deadlines.
Investigate and resolve complex federal, state, and multi-state tax issues.
Partner with leadership to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement tax technology.
