This is a Tax Law Specialist position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process. The incumbent provides guidance on Florida tax statutes and Department policies and procedures. The incumbent serves as a Business Process Project Manager and Tax Law Specialist for the Account Management Process, implementing strategic process improvement initiatives, and making decisions independently on issues related to the Process, the Department, and internal/external customers.
