About The Position
Spring 2028 internships run from approximately January 25 – April 15. At ATKG, we believe growth comes from staying curious. Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate accounting major
- 3.2+ GPA (or a really good explanation)
- Completion of Intermediate Accounting 1
- Desire to learn
- Enthusiasm and positivity
Responsibilities
- Review client tax information for completeness
- Prepare individual, trust, corporate, partnership, and S-corporation returns
- Assist with basic tax research projects
- Make adjusting entries and complete trial balances
- Post client activity, including Schedule K-1s
- Learn depreciation concepts and related software
- Support tax projections and compliance forms (property tax, sales tax, payroll tax)
