About The Position

As a Tax Intern, you will gain exposure to tax consulting and the global tax landscape while supporting teams that deliver tailored tax services. You will learn PwC’s methodologies, participate in projects, and perform basic tasks that contribute to the team’s work. The role also offers opportunities to observe professional work environments and develop your personal brand. You will engage with General Tax Consulting services, supporting advice and planning strategies for businesses. You will learn to work with complex tax regulations, tax positions, and compliance matters while developing communication skills through active listening, gathering information, analyzing facts, and discerning patterns. The position is based in Stamford and is for Summer 2028. Travel requirements are up to 20%.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
Client service intern candidates are typically in the third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.
