About The Position

Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Intern for Spring 2028. This internship is part of the nationally recognized ENVISION Internship Program, designed to be a launching pad for professional journeys in public accounting. Interns will gain invaluable work experience, explore various career paths within Elliott Davis, and participate in professional development seminars and community service projects. The program offers opportunities in auditing, consulting, advisory services, compilations, reviews, and tax services.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in an accounting program (or related major)
Must have a GPA of 3.25 or greater
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Preference is for students to be a graduated senior by the time the internship commences

Responsibilities

Researches and consults on various tax projects/matters
Learns to apply Information Technology tools and tax software for preparation
Receives exposure to the preparation and timeliness of business correspondence
Receives direct experience visiting with and/or working on client matters
Learns to apply exemplary work habits and maintain confidentiality
Builds sense of teamwork by becoming part of client service team
Hones communication skills and keeps manager informed of work assignments’ status
Develops strong time and work management skills
Gains a deep understanding of the firm and its capabilities/services
Fosters an environment of collaboration
Learns about and develops a growth mindset and approach to work
