About The Position

Global compensation and benefits programs are critical to effective business strategy. As a Tax Intern on the Global Employer Services team, you will help clients improve global talent programs and support tax-effective, risk-aware, and cost-conscious workforce strategies. You will work with teams that advise on processes, technologies, and compliance approaches affecting employees worldwide.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer or Fall 2028 pursuing a bachelor’s degree in economics, human resources, international business, finance, or a related/equivalent program
Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required, without the need for overnight accommodations. You can expect to co-locate on average 2-3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations
Ability to attend all in person core programming sessions
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
The start date for this position will be in Summer 2027 or Winter 2028

Nice To Haves

Organizing data and preparing materials for client deliverables and meetings.
Collaborating with tax professionals to support tax- and cost-efficient workforce strategies.
Contributing to staffing and talent-management recommendations for multinational clients.
