The Opportunity As a Tax Innovation User Experience intern, you will engage in the dynamic world of user experience design within our Tax practice. You will have the chance to immerse yourself in the process of gathering data and insights from end-users to create impactful and enjoyable user experiences. This role will allow you to explore various methodologies such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects and performing basic tasks, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application
Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school, Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school

Responsibilities

Supporting teams in the development and implementation of user experience design projects
Participating in user research activities, including interviews and surveys, to gather insights for design improvements
Assisting in the creation of user personas and journey maps to enhance customer experience strategies
Engaging in usability testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize design solutions
Collaborating with team members to apply human-centered design principles in project development
Contributing to the design and prototyping of user interfaces to demonstrate product functionality
Analyzing industry trends to inform design decisions and align with emerging technologies
Applying creative design skills to develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
