About The Position

As a Tax Innovation - Solution Architecture - Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs, leveraging your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs. Within our Tax practice, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures that enhance business performance for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology
• Demonstrating proficiency in solution architecture and system integration
