About The Position

As a Tax Innovation - DevOps - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming our DevSecOps infrastructure within our Tax practice. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of experience

Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of DevSecOps strategies to enhance security and efficiency in tax innovation projects
Managing cloud infrastructure and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
Overseeing continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery and minimize downtime
Utilizing tools like GitHub or version control and project management to maintain project timelines
Implementing security infrastructure and controls, including vulnerability assessments and incident remediation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and embrace change in security operations
Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growth
Conducting risk evaluation and mitigation strategies to safeguard client data and systems
Promoting the use of advanced technologies and methodologies to improve service excellence and client satisfaction
Troubleshooting system reliability issues and optimizing performance using tools like DataDog and Log Analytics
