About The Position

As a Tax Innovation and Delivery Experience User Experience Design Associate, you will engage in creating user-centric design solutions that enhance brand experiences and drive customer engagement. Within our Tax practice, you will navigate the complexities of the global tax landscape, helping clients optimize their tax strategies and seize opportunities. This role involves contributing to projects that require creativity and strategic thinking, allowing you to develop innovative solutions that align with client needs. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage projects effectively. Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
At least a 3.0 overall GPA
Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Design, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Communication, Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology
Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA

Engaging in creative design processes to develop user-centric solutions that enhance brand experiences
Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness
