Requirements

Undergraduate core program in business related field or public administration which included 2 courses in accounting; 3 mos. exp. in customer service.
Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

Responsibilities

Serve as the “front line” for customer service by taking phone calls, responding to emails and live chats, and face-to-face interaction at our Welcome Center.
Educate taxpayers by responding to written and verbal questions, attending outreach events, and helping create instructional materials.
Learn all aspects of the taxes administered by Taxation (such as individual income tax, business tax, or employer withholding).
