About The Position

This role is responsible for expanding the revenue of existing clients, short-term and long-term business planning, and managing all aspects of co-sourcing/outsourcing engagements. The Tax Director will serve as a key client contact, acting as a trusted business advisor, and ensuring quality control standards are met. This position involves direct interaction with clients and management of the engagement team, driving a team environment, and demonstrating support of management decisions to build a positive culture. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8 years of experience in public accounting or related field
• 6 years of supervisory experience
• Must have active CPA or equivalent certification
• Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Proven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skills
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Comprehensive tax planning and consulting experience and demonstrated expertise in FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 of the Internal Revenue Code, WHFPs, QIs, 871m or other withholding and reporting regimes
• Market leading technical expertise of 1042, 8804, FATCA & CRS returns, and tax form validation (W-8, W-9 or CRS Self-Certifications)
