Requirements

  • Microsoft Office skills including Power Point, Word and Excel.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to reliably commute and report to the Tri Star office.
  • 5+ years working in office/ client service administration or management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business Management, or relevant area of study with strong academic record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working for a public accounting or tax firm supporting team members and/or department leaders, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for execution of client ancillary support tasks and projects as directed by Tax management
  • Scanning, filing and other basic administration to support staff and managers
  • Executing ad-hoc administrative assignments
  • Maintain professional communication with internal Business Management clients and internal teams
  • Manage emails and task for Tax team
  • Assist with technology set up for internal Tax Direct Report and Daily Tax team meetings and maintaining Tax Team calendars
  • Prioritize matters and tasks for the team, effectively communicating updates to appropriate parties and soliciting assistance where needed
  • Maintain client master tax authority login list
  • Maintain SmartSheet scheduling of tax return compliance
  • Communication with Business Management teams on deliverables to Tax Team
  • Facilitate all client tax authority tax notice and tax return payments
