About The Position
Tax Resolution, a leading tax relief company, is seeking a Case Worker to assist clients in navigating the tax relief process and advocate on their behalf. The ideal candidate will have experience with IRS Logics CRM and a background in tax resolution or case management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in IRS Logics CRM or a very similar CRM.
- 3+ years in case management or tax resolution (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations, gather financial documents, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the resolution process.
- Work with legal and tax teams to develop strategies and submit necessary documentation to the IRS and state agencies.
- Ensure timely case follow-ups, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and supervise a team of other case workers.
