About The Position

Milestone Tax Solutions is expanding in the Phoenix–Tempe market and is hiring driven sales professionals for a fast-paced, consultative role focused on helping people resolve IRS debt and tax challenges. This position is built for closers who want high energy, high income, and high impact, offering an hourly pay plus uncapped commission with high volume leads and a nationwide client base. The role involves talking with prospects, asking discovery questions, qualifying and enrolling clients into tax resolution services, managing a pipeline in the CRM, and guiding new clients through onboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven ability to ask for the sale and collect payment
• Proven track record of hitting numbers
• Confident phone presence and strong communication skills
• Organized, tech savvy, and comfortable with CRM systems
• Competitive, coachable, and team minded
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high energy environment

Responsibilities
