About The Position

Redpath is seeking an associate-level tax accountant to join their team. This role offers valuable tax preparation experience in both business and individual tax, with opportunities to work with diverse clients across various industries such as manufacturing and distribution, construction, real estate, engineering, and technology. The associate will interact directly with all levels within the firm, including Partners, Directors, Managers, and Senior Accountants. The position is available for a start in October 2027 or January 2028.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Authorized to work in the United States
Qualified and planning on taking CPA
A valid Drivers License is required for the position to travel on-site to clients as needed
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrate skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration and problem solving
Analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft program

Nice To Haves

Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
