Requirements

1+ years of experience of Sate and Local Tax experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field

Nice To Haves

CPA is a plus

Responsibilities

Organizing and cleansing client data tax department
Preparing state and local tax returns throughout the US
Interacting with clients as well as state tax authorities
Managing registrations and business licenses for clients
Interacting with other state and local tax professionals as well as other professionals at the firm
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to work well in group atmosphere, as well as being able to work independently as needed
Ability to see the big picture/put yourself in the clients position
Ability to identify solutions to issues and be creative/able to think outside the box
