This role focuses on tax planning, advisory services, and building strong client relationships while continuing to perform high-quality tax compliance work. The ideal candidate has solid public accounting experience, enjoys solving complex tax situations, and wants to become a trusted advisor to business owners and real estate investors.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing business and individual returns
• Experience with tax planning and advisory engagements
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Strong client relationship skills

• CPA preferred or actively pursuing

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-Corp, and corporate tax returns
• Perform proactive tax planning for business owners and real estate clients
• Conduct mid-year tax projections and advisory meetings
• Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations
• Respond to IRS notices and support client resolutions
• Mentor Tax Seniors and junior staff
• Participate in client strategy meetings
• Stay current on federal and state tax law changes
