About The Position
We are seeking a Tax Accountant to join our growing group of professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate and individual taxes, with a preference for experience in public accounting firms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various accounting software and possess excellent personal characteristics such as being organized, results-oriented, client-centric, and enthusiastic.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- Minimum of three years of experience in corporate and individual taxes.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft suite of products.
- Proficiency in Expert Tax or similar software.
- Bi-lingual – Spanish English.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in public accounting firms is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file corporate and individual tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services.
- Manage client relationships and address their tax-related needs.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
