The JETS II contract is seeking a Task Order (TO) Manager to generate, oversee, monitor, and report on the execution of a task order supporting NASA’s Johnson Space Center. The TO Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for NASA customers and company leadership on all matters related to cost performance for their task order. The Task Order Manager will serve as a senior, primary professional interface with NASA customers for the assigned task order. During a time of task order re-structuring, responsible for addressing and backfilling contract duties that remain unidentified in transition. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to best structure and execute task order to serve customer needs. Guides and coordinates stakeholders and assimilates their inputs. Manages day-to-day task order performance, ensuring that cost objectives are met. Supports staffing, onboarding, and workforce alignment in coordination with company leadership. Tracks budgets, labor hours, and supports financial reporting requirements. Responsible for placing, tracking, and monitoring procurements. Responsible for identifying, tracking, and mitigating task order risks. Develops and monitors cost plans, estimates, and actuals. Conducts routine customer cost reviews. Generates Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for incoming new work. Ensures compliance with contractual, audit, safety, and quality requirements. Collaborates with technical leads, functional managers, and subcontractors to ensure effective execution. Prepares and delivers status reports, briefings, and performance metrics to NASA and contract stakeholders. Coordinates matrix support. Serves as a Technical Monitor for external vendors and subcontractors when required. Augments engineers as backup on technical tasks as required. Performs other duties as required.
