About The Position

HHM Hotels, an industry-leading hotel management and investment firm that operates over 200 hotels across the United States, is seeking a solutions-oriented Task Force General Manager to lead hotel teams during times of transition in leadership, providing short-term and long-term coverage as needed. The Task Force General Manager will be responsible for managing hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction and must be able to adapt to different projects across HHM Hotels’ properties.

Requirements

3+ years in operations management or similar leadership role in a hotel.
Familiarity working with systems and processes of multiple hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, etc.).
Financial acumen and the ability to develop budgets, and manage financial performance.

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization.
