About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Task Aide. This role involves assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily needs.
- Provide personal care.
- Prepare residents for activity and social programs.
- Perform routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
