About The Position
The Forum at the Crossing is seeking a Task Aide to assist residents with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily needs
- Assist residents with personal care needs
- Assist residents with preparation for activity and social programs
- Assist residents with routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements
