About The Position

CADRE is seeking a Targeting Officer to conduct research and analysis on foreign networks, assess intelligence collection and identify intelligence gaps. The role develops targeting strategies to close those gaps through collaboration with organizational elements and across the Intelligence Community. The officer develops expertise in the client’s functional missions, including threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence, as well as regional expertise. The position is located in Northern Virginia and has flexible core hours.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current full-scope polygraph.
• At least 6 years of experience in the Intelligence Community.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in full-cycle HUMINT operations and reporting.
• Knowledge of various collection methods used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic and operational objectives.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational elements and the Intelligence Community.
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis.
• Knowledge of counter threats, counterintelligence, counterproliferation, or regional affairs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent Intelligence Community software tools.
