Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field required, Master’s preferred
- Displayed experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills required
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

- Electronic health records software experience (Cerner) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides support for the wellness and recovery of those we serve with complex or chronicle behavioral health issues through targeted interventions
- Provides referrals and linkage to community services
- Assist individuals receiving services from us in overcoming behavioral health issues interfering in the client’s ability to function independently in the community
- Provides advocacy for family support and required services, through management and monitoring processes
- Requires the ability to work with children, adolescents, and adults
