About The Position

In this role, you will provide day‑to‑day psychosocial rehabilitation services in accordance with state regulatory requirements. You will facilitate structured activities and groups, support treatment plan implementation, serve as an advocate for clients, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic, and supportive program environment while working closely with clinical supervisors and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residency with an acceptable driving record
  • Must have current auto insurance
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company‑owned vehicle
  • Must be at least 23 years of age to operate a company‑owned 15‑passenger van
  • Must attain required Behavioral Management training within 30 days of employment or first available class
  • Must complete “Direct Service Expectations,” Growth and Development, and Privileging and Credentialing requirements within required timeframes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and complete accurate, concise documentation
  • Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned program responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of case management and psychosocial rehabilitation principles preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness in a community‑based setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Facilitate PSR education sessions, structured groups, outings, and activities under clinical supervision
  • Assist with client orientation, education, referrals, documentation, and participation in team planning
  • Serve as an advocate for clients in support of individualized treatment plan goals
  • Monitor program environments to ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to program expectations and curfews
  • Encourage appropriate behaviors and serve as a positive role model for clients
  • Communicate observations and concerns to the CPRC team to support coordinated care
  • Operate agency vehicles to provide client transportation and support program operations
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and participate in program activities
  • Demonstrate commitment to the organization’s long‑term and short‑term goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by clinical or program leadership
